Sillks International Hotel Group Paves Road to Enhanced Guest Experience with Intelity


Sillks International Hotel Group has joined forces with hospitality technology firm Intelity to build a brand-level enterprise mobile solution for use at all of its global properties on personal mobile devices and made the company a brand standard for all its guest services technology. Intelity will custom build the mobile solution using its ICE (Interactive Customer Experience™) platform that guests can use to view general information about or book reservations at each individual property. Each property will be able to offer a full menu of guest services through the app, including ordering in-room dining and viewing menus, making housekeeping requests, scheduling transportation, and receiving information about hotel activities. They can also make reservations at onsite facilities such as restaurants and spas. The app will be made available for use at all of the brand’s properties over the next three years, with plans to roll out a custom guest services technology package at each new hotel the brand brings on board.
