Intelity, the first company to make integrated hotel guest services available on mobile connected devices, has released a new version of the ICE (Interactive Customer Experience) platform that will enable multi-property hotel brands and management firms to provide access to all properties in their portfolio through a single application interface.
The mobile app will be available on mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, and includes a new brand-level interface that links an unlimited number of properties. Users can explore images and information about these properties through a list or map view, with information provided on the users’ distance from each based on mobile GPS technology.
A secondary property level of the application will feature a customized menu built from more than 35 different hotel services that enables guests to use their personal mobile devices to perform functions such as checking in or out, ordering room service, making housekeeping requests, streaming media content to the in-room TV, and leaving digital comment cards. Requests can be communicated to the property even before arrival.
