Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to
join our finance team. In this role, you will support the financial planning and analysis functions,
providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate
will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for
technology and SaaS business models.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
a. Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
b. Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecasts and
provide insights into key drivers of variances.
c. Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including
dashboards and executive presentations.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
a. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
b. Create and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-
making.
c. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business
performance and track progress against strategic goals.
3. Revenue and Expense Management:
a. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to forecast and track recurring
revenue, customer acquisition costs, and churn rates.
b. Collaborate with department heads to track and control operating expenses,
ensuring alignment with budgetary goals.
4. Strategic Initiatives:
a. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, including new product
launches, market expansions, and pricing strategies.
b. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business development and strategic
planning efforts.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a SaaS or
technology company.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling.
4. Familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex
financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
