Hoteles Misión is the first Latin American brand to partner with Intelity, the world’s leading provider of hospitality guest engagement technology to hotel brands and groups.

Hoteles Misión is the most recent hotel group, and the first in Mexico, to join forces with hospitality technology leader Intelity through their Latin American partner GuestEyes with the goal of launching a mobile app for guest interaction. The app is the first to be launched by a Mexican hotel chain, and it will be available for download on iOS and Android. It will also work as a digital portal for the chain’s 56 properties.

Intelity’s ICE (Interactive Customer Experience™) guest engagement platform, winner of the World’s Leading Hotel Brand App, will provide both the employee engagement and guest-facing experience for all properties.

Roberto Zapata, CEO of Hoteles Misión, said, “Intelity was selected for the launch of this App because it stood out as the best and most complete option on a global scale. Our goal is to position ourselves on the forefront of the hospitality industry in order to improve guest services and create an integral experience that will satisfy all of their needs.”

A branded interface will unite all properties into one easy-to-navigate menu of information and services. And with a variety of innovative features being planned, such as on-the-go reservations, push notifications and digital direct-to-concierge requests, the App will improve the experience of guests at any of the chain’s properties with instant access to anything they need in order to personalize and manage their stay.

“We have put together a team that will be in charge of managing the App’s various design features, such as Quality, Operations, Guest Services, Marketing, and Advertising. To us, this project represents the consolidation of our goal, which was to achieve Momentos Misión (Misión Moments), a concept that refers to the establishment of high levels of satisfaction among our guests,” added Zapata.

Operational tools beyond the guest-facing interface, housed in a comprehensive back-end system, will expand benefits to management and staff as well.

This system will allow for complete control over the App through components such as content control, ticket management, direct marketing and messaging, and access to analytics about guest usage and staff performance.

The integration between Intelity’s ICE platform and the property management system used by the brand will also streamline the flow of guest data.

“We hope to use this application in order to establish true competitive differentiation features and thus turn Hoteles Misión into every customer’s preferred chain,” said Zapata.

Intelity CEO & President David Adelson said, “We are thrilled as a company to achieve a partnership with an incredibly esteemed brand like Hoteles Misión. It lends credibility to the increasing significance of guest technology to global hospitality brands, and we look forward to continuing to build a bridge between cutting-edge innovation and this industry.”
