The award-winning property looks to hospitality’s broadest platform to elevate guests’ experience
INTELITY®, the broadest guest engagement and staff management platform in hospitality, announced today that it has inked a deal with FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Battle Creek, MI as part of the hotel’s multi-million dollar expansion. The current hotel tower has been designated a AAA Four Diamond award winner for the past five consecutive years, and the new eight-story tower will align with FireKeepers’ same standards of excellence.

FireKeepers will use INTELITY’s award-winning platform to streamline operations and create a frictionless guest experience across the property. Through the platform, guests will have access to a branded mobile app, which offers mobile check-in, mobile key, and the ability to request amenities, book reservations, view current promotions and communicate with staff. Guest rooms will feature in-room tablets, which function as a digital compendium and offer access to the property’s amenities and services as well as in-room dining, hotel promotions, retail offerings, and more.
