The company adds to executive leadership team as part of ongoing growth strategy and development of new initiatives
INTELITY®, the provider of the travel industry’s broadest enterprise guest engagement and staff management platform, announced today that Phil Banfield has joined the company full-time as Vice President of Product Partnerships. The addition of Banfield is pivotal to INTELITY’s plans to scale and expand the INTELITY platform both horizontally and vertically in new market segments.
“Phil brings his experience in business development, growth strategy, and monetization strategy to INTELITY and will be an invaluable team member,” said INTELITY CEO Robert Stevenson. “We look forward to his development and launch of INTELITY’s newest product offerings and growth into new business verticals.”
Banfield will oversee the development and launch of new business concepts and supporting partnerships for INTELITY. Since joining the company full-time, he’s been integral in queuing significant platform enhancements and positioning them for launch in the market. Banfield has over 15 years of experience in product partnerships and ad networks, as well as a diverse background that includes expertise in building successful business models and strategies. He also has extensive experience in developing media and brand partnerships, product development and feature prioritization, and monetization strategies.
Before joining INTELITY, Banfield worked as the Head of Growth and Strategy at Blue Track Media where he lead strategic growth and product planning for the mobile performance trading desk. Prior to Blue Track Media, he served as the CEO for Q1Media, was the co-founder of AdExcite, and has held executive positions with a variety of start-up and public companies focused on the intersection of emerging technologies, product partnerships, and growth strategies. Banfield holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management.
