Q&A Residential Hotel, the first short-stay experience debut from renowned furnished apartment provider Furnished Quarters, announces a partnership with Intelity that provides guests with digital access to hotel services through a branded mobile app. The application is built upon Intelity’s hospitality technology platform, the most widely used of its kind in the world.

The Q&A app, downloadable to personal iOS and Android mobile devices, offers a full menu of services, from general information to housekeeping requests. It keeps guests in touch with hotel staff at every stage of their travel journey, before, after and during an extended stay.

With its spacious suites and full-sized kitchens, Q&A is specifically geared toward business travelers, and catering to business travelers’ heavy use of connected devices is intended to further the property’s appeal to this group.

“We are thrilled to partner with Intelity,” said Steve Brown, CEO of Furnished Quarters. “Q&A Residential Hotel aims to provide a solution for travelers seeking a home-away-from-home experience, and this partnership with Intelity is a crucial component, providing guests with a direct line to the Q&A team to ensure all of their needs are met throughout their stay.”

Management and staff can also benefit from the included system tools, such as a digital content management system, business intelligence metrics, built-in ticketing solution, and direct marketing and messaging. The system also leverages location-based mobile technology to permit staff to send notifications to guest devices based on proximity to the property.

Intelity CEO and President David Adelson said, “Q&A Residential Hotel is the perfect location for our ICE solution. The hotel’s value for creativity, innovation and business travel solutions is fully evidenced by their embrace of this technology, and we look forward to helping them realize the full potential of mobile in enhancing the relationship with guests as we move forward together.”
