INTELITY™, the provider of the travel industry’s broadest enterprise guest engagement and staff management platform, announced today that Benjamin Keller, Senior Vice President of Sales, will speak on a panel at the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA) Tradeshow & Convention in April.

Keller, who has a strong background in casino operations and gaming technology, will be participating on a panel that focuses on transforming food and beverage programs from loss leaders to profit centers. Panel members will present design solutions and operational strategies to help casino operators learn how to reposition their food and beverage services to generate higher profits. Fellow panel members include Glenn Smithson, General Manager of 7 Cedars Casino Resort, Scott Gilkey of Gilkey Restaurant Consulting, and Jennifer Fleming from the Rice Fergus Miller architecture firm.

INTELITY is well known for offering the broadest hospitality technology platform on the market. The company’s guest-facing solutions, including its in-room tablets and customizable mobile guest app, have proven effective in increasing in-room dining orders and in-room dining checks. The INTELITY platform is also deeply integrated and through INTELITY Staff, features management tools that allow operations teams to better organize, track, and manage tasks and guest requests from anywhere on property.

“I’m passionate about helping casino operators implement technology that helps them streamline their operations and increase their revenue generation,” said Keller. “Food and beverage can be a pain point for many casinos, but incorporating the right technology and operational strategies can help them maximize their revenue from food services.”
